Every time I see “DEVORE SHELTER” it sinks my heart to my knees.
These pets are put in cages of 4 or 5 at times because there is no room for the intakes. They are killed daily… and right after their hold period at times. If they are lucky, they’ll get 4 or 5 days of hoping to get adopted or rescued, and that’s it. DEAD!
I’ve been watching them for years. The County is filled with stray dogs running around and nowhere to put them. Their fees are quite high when fixing needs to be done. There are battles with Parvo and other deadly things going around. And fleas… lets not talk about the flea infestation.
This is one of the worse. If you can find it in your heart to visit and grab one of these poor innocent pets, please make your way down there. 19777 Shelter Way, San Bernardino, CA 92407 United States 909.386.9820
